What does “numbered to 404” mean?
Each series run is limited to 404 pieces in total (across all its styles) and is never restocked. When a piece finds its keeper, it doesn’t come back — the run stays at 404 and each piece keeps the memory it was made for.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your region and the carrier selected at checkout — full details live in the Shipping Policy.
Returns?
We offer a 30-day return window. EU customers also keep their 14-day withdrawal right — full conditions live in the Refund Policy.
Taxes & duties?
Orders to the EU include VAT via IOSS where applicable; other regions may incur duties at the border — see the Shipping Policy for the current picture.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping email on the Track Order page — it shows live status once your parcel ships.
